This roof replacement was done by East Fork Roofing, LLC at the latter part of the month of September of 2017 in Sparks, NV. As you can see, this home originally had a 3-tab shingle roof. Unfortunately, that type of shingle is less than ideal in the high wind prone areas of Northern NV. Luckily, this client decided it was time to get a roof replacement and chose East Fork Roofing to upgrade their roof to new 50-year composition shingles with a 130 mph wind warranty (versus 60 mph for 3-Tab).
