Today’s featured roof was replaced by East Fork Roofing, LLC at the end of August of 2017.
East Fork began by removing the old roofing materials and having them hauled away. Then, they looked over the wooden structures underneath to make sure they were suitable and without defect. Since they were, the roofers went on to install new charcoal colored metal drip edge, 15 lb felt and new composition shingles.
Malarkey Highlander made the shingles this client chose. The color scheme is a warmer neutral choice that gives options for painting the home and is called “Heather”.
