Here we have a roof replacement that was done by East Fork Roofing at the beginning of September of 2017 in Reno, NV.
First, the old composition shingle roof and older associated materials were torn off and disposed of. Next, the wooden structures underneath were inspected for defects. Since the wood was in good shape, the roofer moved forward to install charcoal colored metal drip edge, 15 lb felt, and new composition shingles.
This client chose to put Malarkey Highlander shingles on their home. The color scheme was “Heather”. If you would like to look into these shingles further, check out Malarkey’s Highlander page here. (Malarkey has since upgraded their Highlander line to Highlander NEX.)
