Today’s post is about a roof replacement that was done by East Fork Roofing in the middle of August of 2017 in Reno, NV.
First, the old roofing materials were removed and replaced by E.F.R. Then, the wooden structures beneath were inspected for defects. After that was done, charcoal metal drip edge, 30 lb felt (an upgrade from the standard 15 lb) and new composition shingles were nailed down. The composition shingles that this client selected were Certainteed’s “Max Def Moire Black”. To learn more about them, see Certainteed’s website.
This roof is covered by Certainteed’s manufacturer’s warranty as well as East Fork Roofing’s 5-year service warranty.
